We had a really great time on our vacation! It was fun to do so many things but it was nice to come home too. We first went to visit family in Utah. We went to BYU, Temple Square, up to the canyon to make dinner and s'mores, and visited with family we haven't seen in a long time! We had a great time and the kids didn't want to leave! Thanks mom and dad (and especially Jen's girls) for everything you did for us!
After Utah we flew to California to go to Disneyland and of course to Catherine's sister's wedding! The kids absolutely loved Disneyland, we can't wait to go back! They loved the rides and especially meeting all of their favorite characters!
The kids met Goofy, Mickey, and Minnie. Spencer was thrilled to meet Captain Rex over at the Star Tours ride, and Maddie and Evalyn met Belle, Tiana, Ariel, and Tinkerbell.
They all were very good about waiting in lines and enjoyed the rides. We had a busy two days!
On Sunday afternoon we headed up to the Los Angeles temple. We went through the visitor's center and had a really nice time.
The sister missionary let the kids sit at the base of the statue while we listened to the Savior's words. It was neat.
